Ordering procedure:
1. Customer's Order
- Trade enquiry or order is placed
- Minimum factory quanities discussed
- Shippment date discussed
- Target price discussed

2. Factory Price & Acceptance
- Price confirmed with factory
- Shipment date and export port confirmed
- Care labeling and shipping marks confirmed
- Carton sizing and pre pack sizes confirmed
- From factory acceptance to shipment aprox 90 days

3. Pre-production Sampling
- Approval sample submitted to customer
- Customer to sign off pre production approvel
- Colours and size signed off
- Pre -production accessories signed off
- Factory orders all raw materials and accessories

4. Production Begins
- Generally production runs between 30-45 days
- Quality assurance checks are conducted by MSL
- Production samples sent to MSL for inspection

5. Goods Ready for Shipment
- Goods delivered to customers nominated freight forwarder

6. Payment
- Documents are exchanged
- Bill of lading submitted
- Payment made and ownership changes hands
